For students interested in leadership, active membership is essential. Members who meet semester requirements are eligible to apply for officer positions and other leadership roles that shape the organization’s direction and impact. Through consistent involvement, members build connections with peers, officers, and faculty while gaining experience that strengthens applications for graduate, medical, and professional programs. Participation is tracked through hours to reflect real engagement, allowing members to earn certificates, graduation cords, stoles, and embroidered lab coats that represent long-term dedication and leadership within ASM.
